Adrian Chalifour Tuesday Time Out

Tuesday Time-Out is a weekly hour-long live-stream hosted by Victoria-based songwriter Adrian Chalifour from his Facebook page (www.facebook.com/adrianchalifourmusic). With an emphasis on reflection, relaxation and mindfulness, the intent is to spend an hour sharing music and good company to help destress and rejuvenate our hearts and minds. I’ll be performing originals as well as some of my favourite covers.
