Zaac Pick presents: Passages Unplugged — a virtual performance

Presenting ‘Passages, Unplugged’ — a virtual performance of my latest album ‘Passages’, from front to back, accompanied sparsely by a few dear friends on backing vocals, piano, cello, and violin. Recorded in an empty and soon-to-be-demolished church hall in Vancouver, BC, this is the first (and likely only) time this album will be performed performed live in full.

I’ll be hanging out on the chat afterwards to say hello, answer questions, trade music recommendations or favorite recipes, etc. as well.

Based in Vancouver, BC singer-songwriter Zaac Pick’s brand of confessional folk-pop has slowly been earning acclaim since 2010, with a string of EPs and an LP having garnered him a handful of regional songwriting awards, nominations, CBC and college radio play, and opening slots for The Civil Wars, Noah Gundersen, and Bahamas. Numerous songs have also been featured on major network television shows.

Song Craft Workshops are offered free so that anyone who wishes to attend may do so. This is made possible by support by folks who are able. You can show your support via http://www.patreon.com/sarahjanescoutensongcraft or PayPal. Email booking@sarahjanescouten.com to register!

a Million Dollars in Pennies – Online Album Release Concert

a Million Dollars in Pennies had a brand-new album in hand at the beginning of 2020. The album, Decade in Spin, sounds like folk, rock and country all blended up into something you could drink all weekend long. After playing two shows in support of the record, Mike and Steph Shaver added a baby to their family band, and then COVID hit.

With the prospect of playing live shows getting pushed further and further into the future, it’s time to share an album we are very proud of. This will be broadcast live from our living room on the Side Door platform.

So put on your comfies, grab a slice of your couch and let’s snuggle up virtually for a Sunday afternoon serenade.

To hear and download the complete album before the show, head on over to amilliondollarsinpennies.net

If you would like to see the show and tickets just aren’t in your budget these days, send us an email to amilliondollarsinpennies@gmail.com and we’d be happy to put you on the guest list.
